About Donoghue Building Services:

Whilst the company is relatively new since formation as an active owner in this business you can be assured of a competent approach as I have been involved in the building industry for over 40 years. I have experience in hands on building and in project/construction management.

Donoghue Building Services commenced trading in a downturn market and continues to go from strength to strength. Prior to starting Donoghue building Services Ltd I held a position with Fletcher Residential in the Fyfe Homes division as construction supervisor where I was responsible for overseeing the building of new quality homes of a vast number.

I have also had many years experience in Commercial work and Interiors. Difficult and challenging projects unphase me and I am particularly competent with subdivision work.

With a very strong project management background I lead my team with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

For further assurance of my desire to deliver the best we can for you I are pleased to advise that I am a Licensed Building Practitioner as required by New Zealand law and I am also a member of New Zealand Certified Builders Association.

We are also a member of Hazard Co. and we pride ourselves on having an unblemished health and safety record and we are tidy and orderly on site workers.

At Donoghue Building Services Ltd we are very aware of the need for adequate insurance cover and we carry Contracts Works Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.  We also fully endorse and recommend that clients wishing to renovate or build new homes have insurance and home build guarantees.
