Whether you have a one off job or you have a portfolio of properties that you wish us to oversee we are happy to assist you with your requirements. 

We aim to keep our charges realistic and charge $65 plus GST for the first 1 hour which includes travel and thereafter we charge $12.50 plus GST per every 15 minutes.

For clients with a property portfolio we have a special reduced rate.
