Donoghue Building Services - Renovations

In any work we undertake we are thorough in quoting what is required.  We want you to have a clear understanding of what the costs will be and how long we anticipate the project to take. 

Normally for renovation work we will be working with architectural plans and specifications that you have provided, we will give you a quote that will clearly break down materials and labour component.

We do not charge you for our time in quoting and appraising your requirements. 

We will endeavour to estimate a time frame that realistically is achievable for the completion of the project from when the project commences. You will also be given a progress payment plan and payment including deposit required must be paid on due date for payment.  Throughout the process we will keep you updated on progress.

With renovation work there are always some things that cannot be determined before the project commences.  Site problems, wiring, framing issues etc may be discovered as work progresses.  A variation of work and cost may be required and these will be discussed with you as we progress, but you should always be prepared for the unexpected.
